A. Power Snatch @165lbs: 5 x 1; rest 90 sec Complete
B. Front Squat: build to a heavy single, then 5 x 1 @80% of that; 1 min rest
Up to 310x1, then 5x1@250
C. 2 Muscle Ups + Press to Shoulderstand + Neg. Elevator + 3 Reverse Cranks + 6 sec L-Hang: 3 x once thru; rest 5 min b/t sets Could not get a single press to shoulderstand. Completed w/out the shoulderstand and did my best with the reverse cranks, but I'll have to look those up.
E. QDR Hold: 3 x 8 sec/side; rest/break as needed
