move steadily at Z1/2 pace, explore movements like rotation thru high bridge, lateral pushups, table position, neck roll, QDR pushups, etc. (as last week)
Periodically, complete some bar MUs - focus on efficiency.
Also, practice a few press to shoulderstands
Add in several attempts at Triple Unders
Complete w/ 12 bar mu's, 6 press to shoulder stands, 1 set of 2 triple unders and many sets of one.

Complete with 210lbs
