even mins- 6 CrossLeg Sitting Reverse Grip Pass-Thrus**, PVC+5lbs plate Complete
*narrow grip each rep while keeping bar overhead
**sit x-legged. Grab pipe behind you with palms facing fwd grip. Lift it behind you to shoulder height only, then lower. That's one rep, narrow grip slightly as you go.
