10 min EDT: Accumulate as many C2B Pullups and HSPUs as possible in 10 min.
Notes-reps/sets/rest is up to you, avoid failure though! Track your #s.  7x5c2b, 6x3hspu's + 1x2hspu's

Practice butterfly kips/pullups for ~5 min  5x10

5 x 3/arm TGU + Side Bridge 3 sec, light weight - focus on scap retraction/depression at all angles.  1pd kb

Airdyne 10 min @Z1  complete
