Handstand Chest-Thru Stretch x 10 reps
Trap 3 Raise x 3-4 reps/arm @30X0 (heavier than usual) All complete. 27lbs on Trap 3.
When complete, 1 x 10 Bridge Leans + 10 sec hold complete

Rotations thru Low Bridge x 3/3 complete. second set of these was very smooth.
Jefferson Curls x 10 complete
