Began this on Saturday and got through the Jerk's, but ran out of time. Came in on Sunday and did the whole thing.

PVC OHS, narrowing grip - 10 reps
Squat Seq #2 x 1
A. Split Jerk: 6 x 1, rest 2:30' 185, 195, 200, 205x3
notes-work up, but keep effort moderate. Skill work.
B. Power Snatch: 1 rep EMOM for 10 min (work up) 135,140,145,150,155,160,165,170f,170f,170f
C. Back Squat: 3 x 2, rest 4 min (up to 90% effort) 315,325,345
D. Death Stretch: 3 x 90 sec/side complete
Snatches were feeling very good and light through 165, and then the wheels came off. I need the rest week. I think I have underestimated my activity level of late. The last 4-5 weeks have been non-stop with work, family, projects. On the bright side the chicken coop is finally done.
