B. Light C&J tech work - your choice - 15 min
C. 30 min freestyle CF skills practice, try to keep HR around 140bpm:
DUs, Pistols, L-Sits, BFK pullups, HSW, etc - low volume/fatigue.
Periodically Row, Run, or AD for a few minutes as active rest.
