Chest/shoulder stretches/DROM specific to HSPUs - do the ones you feel give you the best effect

A. Deadlift: 1 rep EMOM for 8 min; use 80%1RM - focus on getting tight and speed off the floor.
405lbs for all
B. Close Grip Bench Press: 3 x 6,4,2 @20X1, rest 3 min
225x6, 255x4, 275x2
C. JM Press: 2 x 3-5 @3011, rest 2 min
185x5, 190x5
D. Complete 3 rounds for reps:
AMRAP in 2 min:
3 HSPU
3 L-Pullups
5 Ring Dips
rest 1 min b/t rounds.
rd #1: 1rd, rd#2: 2rds, rd #3: 1rd.
linked the first 3 hspu's together in the first round, but was all singles after that.  Need lots of work here.
