A. Sqt Clean & Jerk: 2 reps every 2 min for 20 min. Add as you go, try to get both reps done in the 1st 30 sec.

B. Front Squat: 3 x 2 @20X2, rest 4 min 225, 275, 295x1
C1. CG Bench press: 4 x 1 @20X0, rest 2 min (keep bar speed fairly fast) 255, 275, 285, 295
C2. C2B Pullups: 4 x 22, rest 2 min ubx3, 12/7/3
Not sure what happened on the last set of C2B, but had next to nothing for that set. The first rep felt tough. May have been due to the class I had to teach arriving and causing some distraction.
Energy levels felt good today. Been experimenting with some crappy carbs night before am workouts as well as a teaspoon of chia seeds.
