A. Skill work: low volume HSPU, pistols, L-Sits etc Complete
B. Snatch: 3 x 1.1.1; rest 10 sec/3 min 135, 155, 165x1
C. OHS: build to a tough triple 195
D. Front Squat: 6 x 2 @10X0, rest 60 sec - use ~60%1RM 180 for all
