Mon 12/24:
A. Push Jerk: 3 x 5; rest 4 min 175, 185, 190
B. Deadlift: 1 rep every 15 sec for 6 min 365 for all, no misses
C1. HSPU: 4 x amrap, rest 2 min 6, 6, 7, 6
C2. Rope Climb: 4 x 2, rest 2 min all complete and quick
D. Hand Release Pushups: 10 EMOM for 10 min complete and fast
Felt pretty good this morning. Wasn't expecting much after a few stressful days. HRV showed -1 and red so I didn't push it on the jerks.
