A. Snatch: 4x 1.1.1, rest 3 min 155, 165, 175x0, 170x2
B. Power Clean: 3 x 8 TnG, rest 2 min 165, 185, 195
C. 30 HSPU for time 18 in 5min, got to 22 in 8min, and stopped there
very low energy this morning. No explosiveness at all. The swimming really took it out of me. I greatly underestimated the impact. I swam 1500m which, in hindsight, was too much. I know that it was greater than a Z1 pace as well.
