Unloaded High Handle Prowler Push: push slowly for 10 min non-stop - should get heart rate to 150-160bpm
Complete.  Have not received the hr monitor yet

Then @ 1:30pm competed in the "Wishing on a WOD" fundraiser at Rogue Valley CrossFit in Medford
AMRAP in 20min
5 push-up's
10 sit-up's
15 air squats
25rds + 8 sit-up's:  Pushed harder than I expected, but recovery seems pretty good.
