A. Hang Squat Snatch: build quickly to a 3RM 175x3, 185x2
B1. Front Squat: 4 x 15-20 @10X0, rest 90 sec broke tempo at 185x15, 175x15, then backed down to 155x16, and 155x17 each at tempo w/ no breaks. On the first two sets I kept the bar on my chest, but could not maintain the 10X0 tempo.
B2. HSPU: 4 x 6 reps for time, rest 90 sec first 2 sets unbroken kipping then 4/2, and 2/2/1/1
C. 4 sets @97%:
3 Hang Power Cleans (tough, unbroken) 215lbsx1, 220lbsx3
20 sec Airdyne complete
rest 4:30'
Fairly low energy. Could not get the hrv to connect to the chest monitor this morning, so no record.
