D. Alt EMOM for 14 min:
odd mins- 3 TnG Power Cleans ~70-75%1RM Complete w/ 185lbs (felt fast)
even mins- 2/2 QDR Rotational Pushups Complete
E1. Wrist series: 2 x once thru all; rest 20 sec Complete
E2. Prone Incline DB Trap 3 Raise: 2 x 10-12 @2012, rest 60 sec Complete w/ 10lbs/hand
