Internal Rotation work
Wrist routine x 1 (10 reps each)
Lat/Tri Plank 1 x 40 sec
Handstand chest Thru Stretch 1 x 10 All complete
A. Chest to Wall Handstand Body Line: 2 x 25 sec; rest 60 sec complete
B. Back to Wall Handstand Rebalancing Drill: 7 x ~30 sec; rest 90 sec complete
C. Frog Stand, extend one leg: 2 x 5 sec/side; rest 20 sec b/t sides could not hold for 5sec
D. QDR Holds: 8 x 6 sec/side; rest as needed for quality work & most difficult variation possible complete
E1. Partial One Arm Elbow Lever Holds: 2 x 10 sec/side; rest as needed b/t sides complete
notes-keep off hand flat for now, or may come up onto fingertips
E2. Headstand lower to Tucked QDR: 2 x 1/side; rest as needed complete
notes-start in tucked headstand, lower slowly to 1st QDR position and pause.
F. Wrist Series x 2 complete
