A. Chest to Wall Handstand Body Line: 2 x 25 sec; rest 60 sec Complete
B. Back to Wall Handstand Rebalancing Drill: 4 x ~30 sec; rest 90 sec Complete
C. Stomach to Wall Handstand Rebalancing Drill: 4 x ~20 sec; rest 60 sec Complete
D. Frog Stand, extend one leg: practice for ~4 min (film?) Complete
E. Side Crow: practice ~4 min Complete
F1. Partial One Arm Elbow Lever Holds: 3 x 10 sec/side; rest as needed b/t sides Complete
notes-keep off hand flat for now, or may come up onto fingertips 
F2. Headstand lower to Tucked QDR: 3 x 1/side; rest as needed Complete
notes-start in tucked headstand, lower slowly to 1st QDR position and pause.
