Practice Cossack/Shinbox flow 10 min (video to follow) Complete with pretty big CLUNK to sitting position on each side. Finished with 2min/side Death Stretch.
I seemed to be able to hold a heart rate of either 166 or 145, but anything between there was tough. I think I spent more time at 166 on the second row than I did at 145 compared to the first row.
