A. 3 Pos. Power Snatch (top down): 5 sets; rest 2 min - speed focus 155, 165, 160, 160, 160 Felt slow at 165 so backed it down.
B. Back Squat: 10 x 2 @305lbs; rest 25-30 sec Complete
C. Ring Series: 3 x - rest 5 min b/t series. 2 Strict MU + 5" L-Sit + Press Shoulderstand + Lower to Support + 2 Bulgarian Dips + Lower to 5 sec Tucked Back Lever + 5 sec Flat Tuck Front Lever Complete
D. Prone Incline DB Trap 3 Raise: 2 x 8-10 @2012, rest 60 sec 15lb db/hand 1x10, 1x8
