A. Press (from rack): 12 x 2 @130lbs; rest 30 sec Complete (struggle on last two sets)
B. Strict C2B Pullups: 4 reps, rest 30 sec until you can't get 4 unbroken. 6 sets complete
C. CG Bench Press: 4 x 4,3,2,8 @31X0, rest 3 min 225x4, 245x3, 260x2, 190x8
D. 3 rounds @~Z1: I screwed up and did the QDR's AFTER I did 3 sets of runs and pc's.
Run 400m
1 Power Clean every 30 sec for 3 min (6 singles) @~80-85%1RM 225lbs for all, no misses
1 QDR Rotational Pushup every 20 sec for 2 min (3/side, alt side ea. rep) Rest in low squat. Complete
E1. Wrist series: 2 x once thru all; rest 20 sec Complete
E2. Prone Incline DB Trap 3 Raise: 2 x 8-10 @2012, rest 60 sec 15lb db's/hand 2x10
