Handstand warmup: Complete
Int Rotation work
Wrist routine x 2 (10 reps each)
Lat/Tri Plank 2 x 30 sec
Handstand chest Thru Stretch 1 x 10

A. Chest to Wall Handstand Body Line: 2 x 30 sec; rest 60 sec Complete
B. Back to Wall Handstand Rebalancing Drill: 10 x ~30 sec; rest 90 sec Complete
C. Press to Headstand, kip to Handstand, lower back thru headstand: 10 quality singles, rest as needed. Did 6 of these and stopped due to time.  They were tough

Prowler Sprints, outside, w/+~205lbs: 5 sec all out x 20; rest b/t efforts until HR drops below 130bpm OR 60 sec - whichever is longer.  Record and report HR or how long HR takes to get below 130 after the 10th round and the last round.  took me :70sec to get back under 130 after the 10th set, and :69sec after the 20th set.
