Internal Rotation work
Wrist routine x 1 (10 reps each)
Lat/Tri Plank 1 x 40 sec
Handstand chest Thru Stretch 1 x 10

A. Chest to Wall Handstand Body Line: 2 x 25 sec; rest 60 sec Complete
B. Back to Wall Handstand Rebalancing Drill: 6 x ~30 sec; rest 90 sec Complete
C. Frog Stand, extend one leg: 3 x 4 sec/side; rest 20 sec b/t sides Complete (left leg easier than right)
D. QDR Holds: 5 x 12",10",8",6",4"/side; rest 60/50/40/30 sec respectively
notes-extend more to increase difficulty as hold time drops Complete
E. Partial One Arm Elbow Lever Holds: 2 x 10 sec/side; rest as needed b/t sides Complete (right hand easier than left)
notes-keep off hand flat for now.
F. Wrist Series x 2 Complete
